In addition to shopping here, you can also purchase my work at these online venues:
What's your privacy policy? TOP
We respect your privacy and know that it is important to you. During the course of business we will need some information that is private. We will never share, sell, give or otherwise disseminate that information to anybody. We do not store your payment information, and will only email you if you are signed up for our newsletter or in the course of filling your order. Your privacy and security is important to us as well. Will my credit card purchase be secure? TOP
Your credit card purchases will be processed through PayPal.com and will be completely safe and secure. We do not obtain any of your personal or credit card information from transactions. You do not have to have an account to use PayPal, however, you may have to register and log into their site, if you haven't already. Do you charge sales tax? TOP
7.75% sales tax will be added to all items sold in or shipped to North Carolina. Do you do custom work? TOP
Any piece you see on my site can be made of other metals, including 14kt gold, sterling silver, anodized aluminum (in a variety of colors), gunmetal, brass, bronze, and copper. Due to the price differences involved in these materials, please contact me for a quote. Please note that stones are a natural product, so I can't guarantee an exact match to what you see in the photos, due to normal variations. I can procure different stones to substitute if you wish, but again, there may be additional costs involved depending on the stones you want.
Once we decide on what the final piece will be, I will ask for a 50% nonrefundable deposit before I start working. Once I receive that, I will begin working on your very own custom creation! I will give you an idea of how long it will take in the original arrangements. Once it is finished, I will list it for sale for the final 50%, and you can have your item to you in just a few days! What if it's not the right size? TOP
If you see something you like, but the size listed won't work for you just contact me. Almost everything can be resized at no charge to fit your needs.
If you receive your jewelry and it does not fit you, I’ll be glad to do one adjustment for free. Please make sure you send me an email beforehand to arrange this. You send it back to me (you pay shipping back), and let me know how you’d like it adjusted. I’ll send it back to you (I pay shipping costs back to you) all fixed and ready for you to wear! What kind of hardware do you use? TOP
Due to their ease of use, bracelets and necklaces typically use toggle clasp closures or S-hooks, unless otherwise noted. Earrings use surgical steel or sterling silver french wires (again, unless otherwise noted) as I've found that they are the easiest to use, and cause the least reaction in people with metal sensitivities.
Alternate styles/materials are available upon request. Most will not necessitate a price change, except 14kt gold. What is your return/exchange policy? TOP
Returns are accepted within 14 days of your purchase provided that they are in their original condition. We will refund the cost of the item(s), minus shipping.
Unfortunately, I can't accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces, or earrings that have been worn.
To return an item, e-mail me first with the reason and return the piece undamaged. I recommend you return items in bubble wrap mailers and insure them. Return shipping will be at the buyers expense. This is a gift, can you send it for me? TOP
Absolutely, if you're buying this as a gift, I'll be happy to send it to the recipient for you.
Just leave me a comment when purchasing with their name and address, and if you want to include a personal message and gift card. Do you ship internationally? TOP
Yes, international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Sorry, but shipment tracking and insurance are currently not available for international shipments. Please be aware that depending on your country, shipment may take anywhere from one week to several weeks, and may be held up at your customs department.
Customer is responsible for any customs payable in your country. We make every effort in filling out the customs form in a manner that will hopefully not attract attention by customs. Please note, however, we will not make any false statements on customs forms. How should I care for my jewelry? TOP
- If your jewelry contains Sterling, Fine, and/or Bali silver, keep it in a plastic bag in a dark place when not in use to prevent your silver to oxidize and prolong tarnishing.
- If your silver jewelry has already tarnished just give it a good rub down with a soft, dry silver polishing cloth and it will look as good as new.
- Gemstones pick up dust, body oils, makeup, sweat, and other yucky stuff while you're wearing them so they may need a little TLC. You can use warm water and a mild dishwashing detergent to clean them, then wipe dry with a soft, damp cloth.
- Remove when cleaning, swimming and taking a shower. Always remove your jewelry before using any product that contains bleach, ammonia, alcohol, fingernail polish removers that contain acetone, and turpentine. Some of these can cause a breakdown in the metal alloys leaving the your jewelry beyond repair and dull or even pit the surface of your gemstones.
Why is my jewelry changing color? TOP
Silver, brass, bronze, and copper jewelry will patina over time. This is a natural occurrence that can be slowed by storing your jewelry in an airtight "zip lock" plastic bag or jewelry case with anti-tarnish paper. Don't see your question here? TOP
